Mobile games to arrive for Ipod, rumours roll
Last week rumours were flying about that Digital River is working on technology to download games onto the next version of the nicer to look at and even more reassuringly expensive Apple iPod.
Digital River writes code that helps software publishers peddle their products online.
Shares in the company increased on the back of the rumours in the last few days even though Digital River and Apple have not commented on the rumours.
In fact some analysts have suggested that although Digital River might sign a deal with someone important soon, names touted have included Microsoft, Computer Associates and game makers such as Electronic Arts and Activision.
